The Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt Rekha Gupta, addressed an awareness programme on the occasion of International Day Against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking at Yamuna Sports Complex in Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister stated, "Drug addiction not only affects the health of an individual but also seriously affects the unity of the family and the foundation of the society".
The event was attended by several dignitaries including, Member of Parliament Shri Manoj Tiwari, Minister Shri Ravinder Indraj Singh, MLA Shri Om Prakash Sharma, MLA Shri Sanjay Goyal, MLA Dr Anil Goyal, along with the other government officials.
