Iran's Supreme Leader Declares "Heavy Slap" to the United States
In wake of the recent air strikes by the United States on Iran's nuclear installations, following heightened tensions between Israel and Iran, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has declared that Iran has delivered a "heavy slap" to the United States by targeting the Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, one of America's most strategic military installations in the region.
In a statement issued on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Iranian Supreme Leader said, "The Islamic Republic delivered a heavy slap to the US’s face. It attacked and inflicted damage on the Al-Udeid Air Base, which is one of the key US bases in the region."
The Supreme Leader further stated, "The US President stated, "Iran must surrender." Needless to say, this statement is too big to come out of the US president's mouth."
This declaration follows the recent air strikes on the nuclear installations of Iran by the United States, marking a significant escalation in the broader regional conflict.
