The Member of the German Bundestag, Alice Weidel, has urged the German government to stop funding Ukraine as it has already "lost the war" and that the Germany has already spent over €100 billion and it should stop funding an "already lost war."

The german leader described that the Russia-Ukraine war as not in the interest of Germany and that the war is "very dangerous" for the western european country. She advocated for a peace treaty between the two countries claiming that the war poses "an enormous risk on our national security and must end." She further stated, "Let‘s stop the dying of Ukrainian and Russian sons."

"The Ukraine cannot win against Russia. It's impossible!", the german leader said. She further stated, "We are in a status-quo right now and the status-quo is terrible, not only for the people dying and for the families losing their sons, and the damaging of infrastructure, refineries with sky-rocketing diesel prices, and incredibly high security risk for all countries, especially european countries. So therefore, we need to put this to an end."
