The Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Omar Abdullah, addressed the 19th (Second Special) Convocation of the University of Jammu, at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium in Jammu region of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Shri Abdullah congratulated the Degree Awardees and Gold Medalists, and praised the remarkable achievement of students across all disciplines.
“Success lies not in what you achieve for yourself but in what you contribute to society,” the chief minister said.
The chief minister also highlighted the government’s flagship initiative designed to empower youth through education, skill development, innovation and mental well-being, preparing them not just for employment, but for leadership and nation-building.
