The Indian Army organised Chai Pe Charcha with Sarpanchs and Panchs along with few locals at Solki in Rajouri. The program was attended by Sarpanchs and Panchs alongwith few locals of the area. All members paid keen interest and participated in the discussion. The aim of the meet was to bring out critical issues faced by local villagers through meaningful discussions and enhancing relations with the Indian Army.

The event encouraged open and constructive discussions on various topics including community development, enhancing socio-economic status, progress of villages and the role of local governance in shaping the future of the community.

Discussions in this meeting revolved around key issues such as infrastructure development, healthcare services, mental hygiene, education and sustainable community initiatives. In an effort to enhance the development and security of local villagers, an important step is being taken to strengthen the relationship between army personnel and village Nambardar, Sarpanchs, Panchs, Ex-servicemen & locals.

A total of 19 (02 Lambardar, 03 Sarpanch, 08 Panch & 05 ExSM & attended the event and expressed their gratitude for the continuous support rendered by the Indian Army for motivating and guiding the locals for better social and economic status.
